Villas Stephanie
and Susanna are two
luxury, semi-detached, four bedroom villas located on Los Calamares a
pretty & tranquil area of Playa Blanca. The beach and town centre is
within an easy five minute walking distance. The villa has a private
garden with great mountain views and is the ideal choice for a
family sunshine holiday, and if the family happens to be large...
well, this villa is situated next door to our other villa..
Each villa is furnished identically and comprises of four good sized
bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a new & very comfortable double
bed, spacious fitted wardrobes & a ceiling fan has been fitted to
provide relief from the warm Canarian Sun. The second and third
bedrooms feature twin single beds, large fitted wardrobes & ceiling
fans. The forth bedroom has large wooden bunk beds and is very
popular with the youngsters. If required a travel cot is provided at
no extra cost.
There are two
washrooms. The family bathroom is very spacious and has modern bath,
separate shower, wash hand basin and wc. The shower room is en-suite
to the master bedroom, it also has a walk in shower, wash hand basin
and wc.
The lounge is large,
modern and comfortable. It seats up to eight guests, and has a
dining area at one end, if required a highchair will be supplied at
no extra charge. There is full satellite TV & a CD/DVD surround
sound system, truly home from home.
