Villas	Mid Season	£599.00 per week  above price for x 4 guests sharing, add £50.00 per extra guest per week up to 8 in total or 9 if using a cot.
	High Season (Half term/Easter/Summer Christmas/New Year)	£999.00 per week Flat rate, regardless of party size.

A returnable 100.00 key/security deposit is required for the villas (£50.00 for bungalows) this is payable 7 nights before or in cash on arrival and is returned to your bank 24 hours after departure.

Check in is from 2:00 p.m. and Check out is promptly at 10:00 a.m.

Welcome packs of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water and biscuits are complimentary.

The villas in Playa Blanca each have their own private solar heated large swimming pool, if you would like to add electric pool heating at £40.00 per week please request this at least 48 hours before arrival.

Airport transfers are provided upon request at the following cost;

2 - 4 guests to Playa Park £30.00 return

2 - 4 guests to Playa Blanca £70.00 return

4 -8 guests to Playa Blanca £140.00 return

The villas each have their own cot and highchair for your use at no extra charge, in the interests of health and safety please bring your own cot sheets.

The bungalows do not have a cot or highchair, however, these can be hired at a very reasonable rate please contact us for details.
