Situated in Los Topes is our spacious, self-catering apartment with easy outside parking overlooking the golf course of Puerto Del Carmen with stunning sea views of Puerto Del Carmen and Fuerteventura. The apartment is located in Tias, an unhurried, quiet resort just to the north of Lanzarote's popular Puerto Del Carmen. Tias is an unspoilt village that is perfect if you're looking for a place that's not too close but not too far from the livelier resorts.

The lounge is fresh and modern with a TV, DVD/CD player, books and games that have been added for your entertainment. Also Wi-Fi internet is available. The kitchen is attractive and is fitted with the usual mod cons (kettle, toaster, microwave oven, grill etc.).

The double bedroom has twin beds and spacious wardrobes. There is a bright and private outside patio off the bedroom with table, chairs and a clothes line. The bathroom has a walk-in overhead shower, a sink and WC. Beach and shower towels are supplied for your convenience.

Outside is a large sunny garden and sunbeds are provided. Los Topes is ideal for golfers, scuba divers, walkers, cyclists or simply countryside lovers. It is within easy reach of all the main islands resorts and other attractions including Timanfaya Fire Mountains, The Water Park and Rancho Texas Theme Park and the use of a nearby large pool.

In Tias itself and within just a few minutes walking distance are some superb restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets.
